There are so many people these days that are being diagnosed with Celiac Disease which is basically an auto-immune disorder that affects the small intestine. Thankfully nowadays food labels are highly informative and anyone who is unsure can simply check the label of their favorite food for any gluten additives or ingredients. The good news is that several food companies have heeded the call for Gluten-Free products which are available in special sections of most stores; at major health stores and from specialized online stores. In fact, as the awareness of Celiac disease grows so does the gluten-free range of products one can choose from; with many new companies now even extending their gluten-free range to include a wide range of gluten-free products.A few years ago trying to find anything free of gluten ingredients was nearly impossible and most Celiac sufferers where left to try and fend for themselves; most ended up getting their sustenance from a pure vegetarian diet. But that isn't the case anymore. Now you have more than a few options. One option is gluten-free bread crumbs, another one of course is to go out and buy some of delicious gluten-free pizza crusts.
